Hello and thanks for your bug report. What kind of error do you get in the virtual machine?

the error consists in изчезновении file /casper/initrd.lz as during installation and in the virtual machine as not control package

Make this script as executable and put it in the workpath. In a terminal (without quotes)

"chmod +x Build
sudo mv Build /usr/share/ubuntu-builder/extras/"

Then retry to build you ISO. Let me know if it works.

Will do, and also have found something else. On the build process is using
up more of my hard drive, 3x the amount of the ISO that is created. As am
still relatively new to this, I have been checking my build every day to
prevent defects. On the 500gb hd I have is now down to 85gb. All the entire
system has on it in reality is now 80 gigs. I have lost 3/4 usage of my
hard drive from these checks. All commands to clear system have not helped
through chroot on host or chroot in Ubuntu builder. Would love to gain more
knowledge on all this, but am lacking sites with updated information. Many
contain information from 2011 which is not relevant! Thanks for your help
in advance and hope something with this will help you and others!

I wish I could remember as was on the order of a clogged drain. Was building my OS with UB on Ultimate. Once I had found where the trash was accumulating, I promptly deleted it! Been running my OS that I built with UB for over a few months and is absolutely great and owe that all to your program and all that have given me advice! I have been trying to mess with a 13.04 and is not making the vmlinuz in the casper file. Has to be something I am doing wrong!!! Think I will wait til I get the mini-iso of that! I modified the 12.10 I made and now works very well in my new laptop. Very nice program. Am also going to do a report on Ubuntu Builder for my networking class. You have created one of the most useful tools in Ubuntu. Saves quite a bit of time and saves against many errors that can be accidently typed!

Hello Francesco,

What is expected by the Ubuntu system is a file having for name "md5sum.txt". (You can open regular ISO from the Ubuntu community with file-roller and have a look directly for a fast check). I can mistake, but it seems to me that your script will generate a file having for name just "md5sum" : or am I wrong?

Regards,
Mélodie
