Autopilot ibus module should use Gir ibus module, not 'python-ibus'

Things to be changed:

1) debian/control (change dependancy)
2) autopilot/emulators/ibus.py (use new ibus module code).
3) unity test suite (check they're not using older ibus module.... should be clean, but worth checking anyway.

The porting work has been completed. However, most of the ibus tests fail at the moment, and I'd like to get them passing before merging this branch.
