gfloppy is not included in feisty gnome-utils

Gfloppy is not included in Feisty. I first noticed this when I added 'Floppy Formatter' to the Applications->System Tools menu using Alacarte. Also, running gfloppy from the terminal returns command not found. I have managed to format the floppy using mkfs.msdos and mkfs.vfat.

This is probably caused by this changelog entry.

Rebuilding the feisty package with --enable-gfloppy=yes added to the rules file fixed this.

That's likely a candidate for feisty, low importance though since very few people seem to be using it
