Bug Description
The package
depends on
libboost-
If the installed version of boost libraries is 1.48, when installing dynare-matlab, we get:
dynare-matlab:
Depends: libboost-graph-dev but it is not going to be installed
If one forces the installation with dpkg, in presence of libboost-graph-dev version 1.48, everything works fine. Thus it is only a package dependency problem. It should allow more recent versions of the boost libraries.

* debian/copyright: reflect upstream changes
* Stricter version dependency between dynare, dynare-common and dynare-matlab
* dynare-matlab: non-default boost version now satisfies the dependency
