Bug Description

Hi,
using pinta-1.5-preview-20121103 on Windows XP.

Test No. 1:
1. I created print-screen and crop most of the image and save the image.
2. Print from toolbar, select printer and Print button.
Pinta prints out the image, but image is printed as 1 cm x 0.5 cm area on paper, so totally useless.

Test No. 2:
1. Print from toolbar and I have selected virtual printer "CubePDF Writer" installed from http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp
2. When virtual printer is selected it offers to save to PDF file instead of real printing.
3. Opening created PDF file it clearly shows that image is getting printed way way way bigger that image actually is.

Attaching:
- image.png (image file I would like to print from Pinta),
- printed_image.pdf (the size of image that is send to the printer)

This is a more general issue, really - there should be options for how to scale / position the printed image on the page.

Cam, I agree, but at first why not jut put it at scale 1 : 1. Another useful scale would be to have fit on paper, but this can be more complicated, because users are using different printing formats - but maybe we can look at some other open source project how did they solve all of this problems.

I would really like to see printing in Pinta, but it looks to me that this is not going to happen in 1.6 milestone. So it should probably be best to change milestone to 1.7.

Yeah, I think printing should be in 1.7, since 1.6 is long overdue already

I've disabled printing for the 1.7 release since it isn't a blocking issue

I agree printing to be disabled until it really works.
