Bug Description
The Local Languages link in the paragraph titled "How do I use and get help about Ubuntu in my own language?" points to a website that firstly is HTTPS, and asks about the certificate since the domain www.ubuntu.com and the certificate's CN of *.canonical.com don't match. Secondly, even after accepting the certificate, the web page prompts you for a username and password. I haven't confirmed, but shouldn't this link point to somewhere underneath help.ubuntu.com?
The links scattered around that link are also in disarray with the Ubuntu Server Edition pointing to http://
