Add dedicated waveform zoom buttons to the GUI

Reading the feedback we got it looks like many users are nor aware of the possibility to zoom by hovering over the waveform and use the mouse-wheel. Either we`d update the waveforms tooltips (something we should do anyway) or even better if we add some zoom buttons next to the main waveform.

I tried to add a keyboard shortcut for waveform zoom before but realized you can`t assign one shortcut to multiple controls. So something like + or - for zooming the waveforms in a synchronized fashion wont work.

If waveform synchronization is on (in the preferences), having one keybinding should be enough.

Agree that having one keybinding is enough.
But keyboard shortcuts currently dont work on multiple decks at once, see lp:1081137.
Removing it from the 1.11 milestone.

Is there going to be a widget soon that shows a waveform's current zoom?

What exactly have you in mind here, an always visible button widget like in VDJ or something different?
Maybe you can provide an example.

I was thinking of something that informs the user at which zoom level each waveform is at. That way it's possible to get them both back at the zoom, for instance.
