Bug Description

Staff users are getting an Account Not found error when they try to change their passwords. To see error click My Profile, then Edit, then the Change Password link. Fill out the fields and click submit, then you'll see the error.

Screencast showing this: http://www.screencast.com/t/gFbwlvixBe

We're trying to find out if the displayed status_message is from GSA or our side. I can't find any parts of that string in any of the source code of KARL.

I guess the real bug here is, they shouldn't see a link. Staff users can't change their password via KARL.

Not true. Staff users can Change their passwords via KARL and the correct form is being show, it's just not working. Staff users just have their password changes route through GSA. The question is - is the problem with KARL or GSA?
