Installing quantal server amd64 on secureboot, shim-signed is installed but linux-signed isn't

Bug Description
I tried installing the current server daily on secureboot hardware. The installer installed shim-signed and grub2-signed but didn't install a signed kernel, resulting on grub showing up but not letting me boot anything post-install.
