Bug Description

I could only compile it after installing librbd-dev. Otherwise could only get the following:

error: rbd/librbd.h: No such file or directory

lsb_release -rd:

Description: Debian GNU/Linux testing (wheezy)
Release: testing

(yes, i'm building it in debian)

qemu-kvm version: 1.2.0+noroms-0ubuntu2

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

I can't reproduce a build failure in a Debian sid chroot using sbuild.

Looking at debian/control, I see librbd-dev listed as a Build-Depends on line 22. This is with 1.2.0+noroms-0ubuntu2 pulled from Quantal just now. Note that the bzr packaging branch is currently out of date.

Since we have a mismatch somewhere I'll attach the debian/changelog and debian/control that I'm looking at.

What am I missing?

Alright, my fault. Shame on me.

Don't worry about it, and thanks for confirming. I appreciated the detail in your report that allowed me to fail to reproduce quickly. Most reports are much more vague and take far more effort :-)
