Bug Description
Hot Cues 5 and up are no longer midi mappable (1.11.0-beta), this used to be mappable manually when not using the wizard, since the manual mapping mode is no longer available, this is not possible in the current UI.
I understand that this may be done by manually modifying ~/.mixxx/midi/* files, but I believe there should be a facility to allow this within the interface.
PS (also noticed that midiDebug mode is no longer working, is this intended? in that case it would be hard to manually do mappings via the xml file).

The "midiDebug" command line option has changed in 1.11 to "controllerDebug", see http:// mixxx.org/ wiki/doku. php/command_ line_options
