Bug Description
Branch: master
Scenario:
Delete an image member using the Glance CLI.
Example: glance member-delete 738809e0-
Expected Result:
Member should be deleted (assuming that the specified tenant is a member of the image).
Actual Result:
Following error is displayed: "global name 'options' is not defined" on the command prompt and member does not get deleted.
Observation:
The help text (for member-delete command - the description for the positional parameters) also needs a fix.

Also output (string formatting) for the --dry-run option is broken for member-delete.
