Thumbs up and down in the Unity menu shouldn't toggle that status

If I give "thumbs up" to a song in the Unity menu to a song that I already Gave "thumbs up" to Nuvola shouldn't remove that status from it.And the same goes for "thumbs down".

Current behavior is consistent with the default behavior of thumbs
up/down buttons in Google Play user interface, but I can add
configuration option for your request.

  status triaged
  importance wishlist
  milestone future
  tags google-play

Thank you, that option is useless if you don't know if you already
thumbed up or down.

Fix committed to lp:nuvola-player as r626, lp:nuvola-player/1.1.x as r550, and lp:nuvola-player/2.0.x as r586.

Thumbs Up/Down action is not available if it is already toggled on.
