Location of song info box/playlist box needs to move

Bug Description
When you open up either of these things the "X" to close them gets placed right on the seek bar so when you click the X to close it, the seek bar gets simultaneously pressed so if you are listening to a song it gets moved back to that position. See screenshot

Thanks for the report. This is actually a duplicate of lp:1062967. None of them are specific to pantheon-files or noise though; it's a bug in granite's DecoratedWindow.
We won't change the placement because it's not under our control. Gala does that for us.
