Need the ability to set reply to sender

Our list has a default of reply to sender rather than reply to list. It makes a big difference in cutting down noise traffic, so not having this is a showstopper for us using mailman.

What are the reply-to options going to be on Mailman?

In Mailman 2 this is:
* Sender (default)
* List
* Arbitrary address

I know we talked about having reply-to set on a per-user basis, but I'm guessing we need a list default in the admin pages even if we choose to make this user-configurable. (Will the admins have an option turning on/off user configuration as well?)

Definitely there needs to be a list default. 99% of users will never
change the default, so the "style" of the list will be whatever the default
it. (And no matter how much admins ask people to change it if it doesn't
meet the needs of their list, the vast majority still never will).

I'm not sure exactly when this was fixed, but the option is available in the latest revisions.
