Lack of Kaffeine french translation into Kubuntu Precise

[Impact]
Since kaffeine was demoted to universe, it's now untranslated in 12.04

[Test Case]
Install kaffeine on 12.04
dpkg -L kaffeine and note no translations
Upgrade to proposed version
dpkg -L kaffeine and note there are translations

[Regression Potential]
Minimal as it's a no change rebuild

Quantal has the translations, this is due to it dropping in precise to universe without having had a rebuild

Thanks for a so fast answer and the correction into Quantal !
As you saw, I provided a workaround in the documentation, but why this
point isn't corrected in Precise updates (if I could help...) ?
[Ubuntu precise has already been provided with hundreds of updates... so I
don't understand...]

Nota : I convinced and install Kubuntu on 12 PC of my neighbors and friends
(old or hadicaped persons), and they watch TV with Kubuntu ; have a look to

Accepted kaffeine into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kaffeine/1.2.2-1ubuntu3.12.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
