Bug Description

Bonjour,

Thank you for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? What document do you open exactly? Could you make a screenshot of the bug?

I confirm this behaviour we talked about in question 4908 concerning annotations which are displayed at viewing of the PDF file and without possibilty to hide them.
These annotations must appear only when the cursor is over the link. It seems that they are handled only by Adobe reader (acroread + acroread-plugins).
Habitually, annotations are simply ignored and not displayed by free PDF readers. But this ones (particular type?) are not correctly handled by neither evince, kpdf, xpdf (and I guess gpdf). So I think this report should not concern only evince. I make the assumption that it's the common library of PDF rendering poppler which doesn't correctly handle this.

This seems to be fixed with cvs head and I think it's also fixed in poppler 0.5.9.
