Trace Bitmap should have the option of a live preview of changes made to dialog settings and desktop selection

Patch for live preview - should update on any dialogs settings change and desktop selection changes.

Patch tested ok on OS X 10.7.4 (GTK+ 2.24.13, both backends (x11, quartz)) - I really appreciate to be offered the choice between auto-updating (live preview) and manual update (useful if working with huge bitmap images to keep the UI responsive while adjusting the settings).

Minor detail: a newly imported image while 'Trace bitmap…' is open is not detected by 'Live Preview' (the user needs to deselect and reselect the just imported (linked) bitmap image to trigger the live preview update).
