CLI guide needs update for new nova-pythonclient

Verify the options below are in the CLI guide, and if not - add them

To go along with the folsom release, I have released python-novaclient 2.9.0 to pypi. This is mostly bugfixes and cleanups, although a few new features were added such as:

nova secgroup-list --all-tenants
nova network-list
nova network-show
nova flavor-key
nova show --minimal

    Add new novaclient options to CLI guide

    partially fixes bug 1057207

    The following new options were added to novaclient
    nova secgroup-list --all-tenants
    nova network-list
    nova network-show
    nova flavor-key
    nova show --minimal

    This patch updates the list of commands and mentions the all-tenants
    flag. Following this, new sections need to be created for
    network-list, network-show, flavor-key and the --minimal flag

    Anne's Patches: Make it output not as a long document.

    Also fixes the PDF link for PDF download.
