xdiagnose should depend on python3-apport, not python-apport

Bug Description

xdiagnose depends on python-apport for the sake of apport/apport-gpu-error-intel.py. But this is a python3 script and should therefore surely depend on python3-apport instead.

  * bin/*: When run within trunk, use trunk modules

    Users should use `ubuntu-bug xorg` instead in this case.
