Install can't get past "Where are You?"

12.10 Daily Build (Sept. 23, 2012)

My Macbook Air mid-2011 swiftly copies the files. After partitioning the drive, however, the installation hangs at the "Where are You?" screen.

I have inserted a screenshot.
