The glance workers config option now has a default value of 1 as opposed to zero:

    Adding workers flag to glance-api.conf sample

    fixes bug 1053650

    As per the bug report, the workers flag is now 1 by default
    which means multiple CPUs can be used. This patch adds it to
    the glance-api.conf sample
