Bug Description

Binary package hint: bip

After installation bip expects a .bip in the home folder of the user, but none exists.
steps to repro:
1) install bip from repos
2) attempt to run bip
3) see error: 10-04-2007 11:07:49 FATAL: /home/poningru//.bip/bip.conf config file not found

expected result: bip running

/etc/default/bib needs to be changed to ENABLED=1 for bip to work.

I will try and get this in before the Universe freeze after -4 is synched from Debian. Not sure If I'll be able to do that or not.

That would be /etc/default/bip [not bib].

This debdiff fixes this bug, and also backports/refixes Arnaud Cornet's patch from Debian 0.5.3-4.

Note that Bug #105215 kicked the package to 0.5.3-4, so the patch has to be redone.
