Bug Description

How to reproduce (in Quantal):

Use LibreOffice in any setup that does not have the appmenu (For example XFCE, or Pantheon, or Gnome Classic with the appmenu disabled, or even Unity with the appmenu disabled or after killing unity-panel-service).
