Packaging updated thanks Seb:
- The .py files go into the gir1.2-gexiv2-0.4 package
- Build with --with gir to get GIR depends working

Using the bug for a FFe since it adds introspection support

Release team, gexiv2 is following the shotwell schedule and 0.5 is aiming at being released with the shotwell version that we will ship in quantal.

The introspection by itself should be a no-opt for other things but it would unblock some app developpers to do python3 ports of universe softwares and we would like to be available in quantal

Sounds fine to me. The only reverse dependency of gexiv2 is shotwell.
