When change in file
/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/vim org.freedesktop.consolekit.policy
parameter allow_active from yes to auth_admin in sections:
org.freedesktop.consolekit.system.stop
org.freedesktop.consolekit.system.restart
restart or shutdown causes logout
