Bug Description
Currently the arm specific drivers are loaded after modesettings in included at the Xorg driver's list, making it always the priority on arm, even if we have platform based devices that could match the installed drivers.
This wasn't an issue because modesettings wasn't included at xserver-

Updating 111_armel- drv-fallbacks. patch to correctly add the platform specific drivers before trying the generic ones, like modesetting and fbset, so it can use the ARM platform specific driver when the modesetting driver is installed at the system.
