This tracking bug was opened to be worked from linux-3.2.0-30.48 update (bug 1041217)

The ABI changed from what's in updates, but we already have the needed meta package in -proposed, since this is a respin from what was in -proposed. No new meta needed, just setting the task as when copying to -updates the current -meta in -proposed will be needed to be copied as well.
