Lernid 0.8.5 Sync Request for Quantal (Universe)

Please sync lernid from upstream. bzr branch is lp:lernid. PPA is ppa:lernid-devs/lernid-releases. Upstream release is 0.8.5. PPA no change build release is 0.8.5quantal.

lernid is in Universe. It is a native package and is not in Debian. I am the current maintainer.

The upstream version of lernid addresses the need for the moderation/calendar patch and the dh_python2 patch. Therefore no Ubuntu patches are needed. The existing patches can be overwritten.

Tested the upstream lernid in #ubuntu-classroom on 30 Jul at 1700UTC from lernid-proposed; released upstream 21 Aug.
