Cannot run Keystone in debugger

IN order to run Keystone in a debugger, we need most of the monkeypatching, just not "thread." The run_test.py script makes monkeypatching all or nothing, when it really should be either with or without thread.

The fix is only for the unit tests, but the original problem still exists. keystone-all does the monkeypatching, and needs to be modified
