Bug Description

The templates collected at http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Call_for_Templates and in SCM at http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/templates/ need to be packaged as package for quantal universe so that can be installed by session-installer from libreoffice on demand.

    - clean un-necessary XSBC-Original-Maintainer
    - updated Standards-Version
  * debian/copyright:
    - replace blank lines with "." in the license's text
  * debian/rules:
    - don't set templates +x
