    Remove deprecated auth from docs

    fixes bug 1034143

    This patch removes various sections and updates some wording to
    remove deprecated auth from the documentation and state that
    OpenStack Identity is the choice now.

    Patch Set 2 fixes minor sentence problem in
    doc/src/docbkx/openstack-compute-admin/computeconfigure.xml.
