"Select all" flag selects all lines, including hidden by filter lines.

Bug Description
Steps:
1) Input filter-string in filter field on, for example, "Users" page (/syspanel/users/)
2) Click on "select all" flag
3) Clear filter field
Actual result:
All items selected
Expected result:
Only filtred items selected
It may be dangerous, for example, when user want to terminate instances with a specific names.
