openmpi1.5-doc no longer contains man pages

Bug Description
By comparing this:

it is pretty obvious that the MPI_* man pages have been dropped from openmpi1.5-doc
(same deal for precise, for that matter)
I see no mention of this in the README of the openmpi1.5-doc package, nor in its Changelog (I have not spent long searchnig though).
Was this an intentional change, or an accident ? Having the MPI_* man pages is something one does count on when installing the -doc package.
