Incorrect Scrolling on Resources Tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Remote Desktop Client gui
2. Click on the 'Resources' tab
3. Select the first option in the 'Keyboard Type' list so it hightlights.
4. Using your arrow key, push the down arrow.

Expected behavior = Highlighted line moves down to the bottom of the box, then the next language option appears as you click the down arrow (so you can always see the highlighted option)

Actual behavior = The language list doesn't move and the highlighted option scrolls off down off the screen so you can't see it. You have to use your mouse to grab the scroll bar and scroll down until you can find it again.
