xiphos package in Quantal will not install

The following unmet dependency errors occur with the current Xiphos package in Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal.

But I do think this is now fixed:

xiphos (3.1.5+dfsg-1build1) quantal; urgency=low

  * No-change rebuild for libgtkhtml dependency update.

This bug was fixed in the package xiphos - 3.1.5+dfsg-1build2

  * No-change rebuild for libgtkhtml dependency update, again as previous
    one was not uploaded into -proposed, but libgtkhtml has now
    transitioned into release pocket. (LP: #1022908)
