Bug Description

Hi,

I've just realized that pep8 is not being run for tests when you run './run_tests.sh -p' and, even current tests code is pep8 compliant (I've got just one issue on current master), we need ensure that new tests code is also compliant (.e.g.: see my review for https://review.openstack.org/7437).

    Run pep8 for tests.

    Fixes bug 1021508

    Test code should be as pep8 compliant as source code, however right now
    'run_tests.sh' only runs pep8 for source code.
