Bug Description

When using Elementary OS Luna (06/28 build), there is an area in the top left which is unclickable for applications. If I have Noise, or Files, or Geany (An example that is not default)in the area, I cannot, for instance, pause music. To close the programs or use these controls I have to move the window to the other side of the screen.
