Bug Description
In order to effectively prepare Ubuntu point releases, we need livecd-rootfs to be able to optionally build images with -proposed in sources.list.
TEST CASE: Build image with PROPOSED=1 passed to 'lb config' (I've sent a deployment request to IS for the new BuildLiveCD, which will arrange for buildlive from nusakan to do this automatically if this new version of livecd-rootfs is installed in the livefs build chroot) and ensure that (a) it uses packages from -proposed during the build (check the build log) and (b) the resulting squashfs has a -proposed entry in /etc/apt/

This bug was fixed in the package livecd-rootfs - 2.68
---------------
livecd-rootfs (2.68) quantal; urgency=low
* live-build/ auto/config: Emit sources.list entries for -proposed if the
environment variable PROPOSED is set (LP: #1019514).
* BuildLiveCD: If the -p option was used, pass PROPOSED=1 to 'lb config'.
