Bug Description
FormPost, when logging the result of its request (not the subrequests it performs), it logs "[0]"; it should log an int as its status code.

FormPost logging bugfix and slight refactor
In the interest of getting us to pep8 1.3.1 compliance I also fixed
all violations in the two files I was modifying anyway.
Fixes bug 1019051
