file_view needs section_style for community

Viewing a file in a community loses all its community chrome. But make sure that adding it back, doesn't cause viewing a file in an intranet to gain the community chrome.

Unfortunately, in the process, this got reverted back to not having a community style any longer. E.g.:

This fix is on the ux2 branch. Works on my sandbox. The change was made yesterday afternoon so probably didn't make it for the production update?
