Missing Tags on Forums

In UX2 the Tag Widget is missing on Forums and on individual forum posts. When you go to add or edit a post, you have the option of inserting a tag, but then it doesn't display anywhere after you submit your content.

Carlos, just look at ux1 to see which things need tag-ability.
