Salience should have an icon

Though few GTK+ themes have icons, I believe this one should, mainly because it was built to be used for a specific set of icons (FS Icons Ubuntu).

Should this also be marked as affecting the FS Icons Ubuntu project, or no?

Also, with the naming of the Luminight umbrella project, should we instead have one icon for that, or separate icons for the separate sub-projects instead / in addition to that?

I don't think so. FS Icons already has its own icon (it's on the Launchpad
page), but Salience doesn't. If anything, I think Luminight should have its
own icon, and the others should, too.

Reassigning Frank Souza because, apparently, he isn't the only person with artistic ability on the team, and it doesn't exactly have to fit a certain style (e.g. FS Icons) :)

Well, when I find a little bit of free time to wrestle with Inkscape again, I'll make a second attempt at the icon and post it here for feedback.
