Full RAW view

Hello there,

this is a feature request more than a bug report.

Double-clicking on a .NEF files (from a D700), open the view mode but Phraymad doesn't load the full picture, just the thumbnails.
It is not very useful.

I don't know if this is a "problem" with all NEF files or just with my D700 .NEF files.

Phraymd currently uses DCraw to decode RAW images including NEFs.

Is there any console output when you double click on the image? Can you
decode you image from the command line using the dcraw command line tool?

Using "dcraw -e _MAY9772.NEF " and "dcraw -w -T -6 q 3 _MAY9772.NEF" works.

Pull down the latest version and try again. At a minimum the error
messages should be more informative.

The viewer still needs help opening certain types of images, but I'm marking this done for RAW images.
