merge request: euca2ools from Debian sid (main)2.0.2-1

The current version of euca2ools in Precise is a beta version and has broken eustore scripts in it. We have removed the eustore scripts altogether and Debian has sponsored the upload into Sid. It incorporates the last Ubuntu fix needed as well, so a straight sync should suffice.

A straight sync is not possible.
From a quick look, it appears the following ubuntu patches in debian/patches are not present in debian:
  describe-images-results.patch [1]
  describe-snapshots-improve.patch [2]
  describe-instances-add-additional-fields.patch [3]

In reading Charles' changelog, he claimed the other patches had been incorporated upstream. I will verify and return with a debdiff if needed.
