Cancel Button on Join Community Page Doesn't Work

The Cancel button on the join community screen doesn't do anything. If you visit a public community that you're not already a member of and click the join button you're taken to a screen that allows you to request membership. For example:

https://karl.soros.org/communities/kenya/join.html

Clicking cancel on this screen should take you back to the community Overview page, instead nothing happens. This is a cross browser bug in both production and UX2.
