Unable to get or update the ihris_nmc_nigeria/MLSCN-4.1 branch

In recent times, I have not been able to get or update the ihris+nmc+nigeria/MLSCN-4.1 branch unto my computer even though I have no problem getting and updating other branches such as ihris+nmc+nigeria/NMCN. The connection always time out as shown below:

Hope someone can help solve this soon.

I was able to branch from my machine. The problem is likely a network issue, for example port 22 being blocked on a firewall.

You can see this from the error message:
    ssh: connect to host bazaar.launchpad.net port 22: Connection timed out

Does this happen on all computer networks that you are on?

You may be right. I was using a wireless broadband provided by one of
the Mobile Telecom companies. I'll try another provider and see it
the problem remains. However it is curious that I did not have the
same problem with the NMCN branch.

I changed provider and was able to update the branch I had before and I am sure would be able to get the branch. Obviously the provider I used before blocked access to Port 22.
