Bug Description
As Canonical no longer supports eucalyptus and the mvel package is now in Universe, the mvel2 package is now surplus to requirements.
I've re-synced the mvel package with the 2.0.18 package from Debian unstable and updated the tile reverse-depends to use the libmvel-java package
ProblemType: Bug

* Revert Build-depend/ suggest libmvel2-java instead of libmvel-java
as libmvel-java == libmvel2-java as of quantal.
* d/build.properties: Set source/target == 1.5 for javac and javadoc
to ensure that javadoc is actually generated with openjdk-7 as
default-jdk.
