Actually, I'm going to close this. This is almost certainly because the site is using -moz-border-radius, which was removed in Firefox 13. The site should be using the unprefixed "border-radius" instead. Feel free to reopen the bug report if that isn't the case, but if it is, you should report the problem to the site admin instead

Dear Chris,

The site is a internal site, not a Internet site, so you can't access it.

The problem is at the new version, because it started with the update.

I attached an image with version 13 and previous version, to help to find
the bug.
