People columns not actually driven by report configuration

If you look at:

https://karlstaging.gocept.com/people/osi/c2/r2/youth-initiative/

...in ux1 then in ux2, you'll see the the email column doesn't appear. It seems that ux1 is correctly laying out its columns decoratively from the configuration. ux2 appears to hardwire the column choices.

Actually, this works fine, except that the icons image (karl/views/static/ux2/img/icons.png) doesn't have an email icon and consequently it uses the default background position. Someone that can do icons should take care of this.

I believe there is a disconnect. The e-mail icon is for the initiative and works fine. but there is supposed to be an e-mail column for each of the people in the report to match ux1.
